在位于东京·中野的合租房中共同生活的，有家主纽手（Himote）家三姐妹时世、纪奈美、心，以及心的同学多惠和美奈萌，还有家里养的猫小缘。 以通称“不受欢迎之家（Himote House）”为舞台，个性丰富的成员们每天烦恼着“要如何才能变得受欢迎？”的同时热闹地度日，稍显稚嫩的女生共同生活喜剧。 实际上这5人和1只，拥有不可思议的力量……。本片改编自洛夫克拉夫特的短篇《不可名状》（"The Unnamable"）。19世纪初一位妇女生下了一个怪物，人们都觉得他太丑陋，没有什么名字能形容他，于是都称之为“不可名状之物”。后来怪物残忍地杀害了他的家人，自己则被困在了墓地里。时间流逝到了1988年，几个大学生听说了不可名状之物的故事，继而想去墓地一探究竟……。Heaven Condominium might seem like a great place to live, but it soon becomes the site of a horrible tragedy.
