有通灵本领能再现罪犯的能人郑振是个分析力非常强的犯罪心理专家，而他的搭档有民当警察只是为了更容易吸引女粉丝，二人均对升职毫无兴趣，也因此在警局过着最碌碌无为的警察生活。就在这时警局派了他们去一个非正规的搜查队，两人不得不为根除在大韩民国的新兴宗教集团的不正之风展开行动，由于不够冷静又喜欢用拳头先解决问题，闹出不少笑话。最终两人联手揪出无视法律权威、将韩国玩弄于鼓掌之上的犯罪组织头目。。The film is based loosely around events in December 1995 that culminated in the murders of three drug dealers in Rettendon, Essex, UK.
