Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。周梅作为一位含辛茹苦的单亲母亲，在面对家庭的重重困难和挑战时，依靠自己的力量和智慧，培养出三个在各自领域取得杰出成就的儿子。中秋佳节，恰逢父亲七十大寿，母亲打电话叫她回家，却被白眼狼的大妹、小妹以及父亲等人不断刁难但最终，周梅战胜了一切歧视。因为偷税事件，曾经处于精英组的百合根友久（冈田将生 饰）被踢到早先成立的科学搜查班（ST）担任指挥官，通过之前的合作，虽然百合根始终未能完全接受青山翔（志田未来 饰）、结城翠（芦名星 饰）、黑崎勇治（漥田正孝 饰）、山吹才藏（三宅弘城 饰）以及ST实际领导者赤城左门（藤原龙也 饰）这群怪人的行径，却也为他们自身那极度专业和见斥于周遭的气息所感染。百合根一面盼望早日回到搜查一课，一面又打算多守护ST的各位一段时间。随着作为后盾的三枝警官（渡部笃郎 饰）的离开和ST新任监查松户紫织（濑户朝香 饰）的到来，ST面临生死存亡的危机。赤门渐渐走出家门，百合根则成为遏止这头怪物不可或缺的重要存在…… 本片根据今野敏的原作改编。。
